I am working on a project with my friend Craig and his dad and we're just meeting quickly at the vida in Hyde Park. A few of the vidas I've seen are outdoors. I prefer the outdoors ones but this one is a nice one. It can get a little noisy when they are making frozen drinks so it is better to meet as far away from the counter as is possible if you want to have a serious discussion.
This is more for my fellow South Africans. A friend of mine's brother has opened a new Vida e Caffe store in Rosebank next to the First National Bank across the way from the Rosebank Mall. The store opened on Friday and this morning was a continuation of the celebrations.
The store was pretty busy and I snapped this photo with my phone. We popped in after we had finished our shopping and spent some time with our friend's family who were there for the opening. We were even given a free coffee! So if you happen to be nearby, pop across for a pretty decent cafe experience.
